Belief-based student groups won an important victory last week in a federal appeals court, which restored the ability of many such groups to meet on public campuses and in public schools in the many western states.
Student groups have the right to determine their own membership. That was ĂŰÖĎăĚŇ’s message to Penn State after one of its administrators incorrectly told student members of the College Independents they weren’t allowed to remove a disruptive member.
