Harassment is unwelcome conduct directed against a person based on membership in one or more protected classes, as outlined in the University’s nondiscrimination policy, which is sufficiently severe, pervasive, or persistent that it interferes with or limits an individual’s education, living conditions, or participation in University programs or activities.
