Except as limited by this or related regulations or as limited by applicable laws or University policies, outdoor areas of the University campus may be used for demonstrations and other exercises of free speech and assembly. Such use must not interfere with the conduct of classes or other University activities or otherwise be disruptive, and such use must not infringe on the rights of others. No person or organization may use University facilities or grounds for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates the law.
