HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT SEXUAL HARASSMENT is conduct, including physical contact, advances, and comments in person and/or via phone, text message, email, or other electronic medium, that is (a) unwelcome; (b) is based on sex or gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation, is based on gender stereotyping, or is sexual in nature; and (c) is so severe or pervasive that a reasonable person (and the alleged victim) would find that the conduct unreasonably interferes with a student’s ability to participate in or receive benefits, services, or opportunities in the College’s programs.
