Sexual Harassment (Non-Title IX) is defined as conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following: a. Unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature as determined by a reasonable person to be sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive such that it limits or denies an individual’s employment, academic performance, or ability to participate in or benefit from University programs or activities. Conduct must be deemed severe, persistent, or pervasive from both a subjective and an objective perspective.
